PRICES
In the event of delays, backorders, or out-of-stock items, we will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible and discuss available options, such as issuing a refund or helping you find a similar item elsewhere.
PAYMENT
Canqor accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and Mobile-pay. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in Canadian dollars and include VAT.
DELIVERY
Canqor strives to ship orders within 72 hours from the time of order placement. We ship to all of Canada. We also have free shipping options but it might take time depending on location and several factors. If you choose "Expedited Shipping" for 4.95 CAD extra you can get it faster.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, and you will be notified. For any issues, please contact customer service. Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
There is a 2-year warranty by [Local Country's] Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction.
The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/fault. If you complain within one month after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Please retain a shipping receipt for us to refund your shipping costs. Contact us before returning your product to facilitate the process.

COD shipments are not accepted.
REFUSAL
For refunds, please contact us so the agreed amount can be transferred.
REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES DURING SALES
Products and orders cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged during sales periods, special promotions, or special discounts.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the goods.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to cancel your purchase. Exercise your right of withdrawal here [Insert Link to Your Returns Center]. You may also use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the goods without notifying us. If a free gift is delivered with the order, the entire order must be returned.
RETURN
Once you have notified us of your intention to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You must cover the cost of return shipping, and you are liable for any damage during transportation. You bear the risk of the item from delivery until we receive it.
When returning items, ensure they are properly packed. For ease, include a copy of the order confirmation in the package.
If you wish, we can assist with the label for return shipping, crediting the shipping costs to your refund. Otherwise, send to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the goods without providing clear notice.
THE CONDITION OF GOODS UPON RETURN
You are liable only for any depreciation in the value of the goods due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. You may try the item and return it in the same condition as received.
Significant signs of use or damage beyond what is described may deem the item used. If you cancel the purchase, you may receive only a partial refund based on the item's commercial value at return receipt.
REPAYMENT
Upon cancellation, you will receive a refund for the amount paid to us. Any depreciation for which you are liable will be deducted from the purchase amount. All payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs from your chosen delivery method other than our standard), will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days of our receipt of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may hold the refund until we receive the goods, unless you provide proof of return.
REDRESS OPTIONS

PRIVACY POLICY
When shopping with us, we collect necessary information such as name, address, phone number, and email address. This personal data is registered and disclosed for product delivery.
Data is registered with Canqor and stored for five years before deletion. We collaborate with data processors in the EU or countries providing adequate data protection. Our data controller is Canqor.
